AMANDA is a flexible and configurable Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) product that enables business process automation for local, county and state/provincial government agencies.

AMANDA serves as a browser based Business Performance Framework to help jurisdictions improve performance and process management and ultimately, to deliver business intelligence. AMANDA's interoperability with other software such as JEMS ensures that AMANDA fits easily into any IT environment and infrastructure.

Master Data & Folders

AMANDA consolidates all of a jurisdiction's Master Data relating to property, people, assets and vehicles into a single database. A Folder represents any interaction a jurisdiction has with the public relating to the Master Data, including any and all transactions and activities relating to a property, person, vehicle, asset or combination thereof. Folders are used to track:

• Conditions and violations
• Any number of user defined fields

A dynamic workflow engine, based on your business rules, is used to lead a Folder through its lifecycle, collecting the necessary information along the way. This centralization and automation helps staff work more accurately and efficiently, reduce data entry errors and ensure process consistency.
