With PCSS’s webcams add-on feature courts can easily store images of a defendant with the person’s record. The webcams add-on is available with or Judicial Enforcement Management System (JEMS) and our Prosecuting Attorney Software (PAS).
With just a few clicks of a button, a court staff member can activate a webcam, adjust controls such as brightness and contrast, and capture a picture of a defendant.
Picture and Record
PAS and JEMS customers store a photograph with the defendant’s record, which contains other descriptive information regarding the person, such as, the person’s current and past addresses.
Flexibility and Convenience
Courts can also merge images from defendants into custom forms and documents designed in Microsoft Word. Additionally, if the court includes iJEMS or another type of PCSS custom web-inquiry enhancement, anyone with the proper authorization will be able to access the picture over the Web.
