The PCSS Imaging add-on empowers courts with the ability to capture, index, and store documents as electronic PDF (portable document format) files.
When combined with JEMS High-speed Scanning functionality, courts rapidly scan batches of documents into the system and associate them with actions.

Ensure Confidentiality
Since all documents are stored electronically, damaged, lost, and misplaced paperwork is no longer a concern. Only authorized personnel can access documents. Documents are saved in PDF form, making each document secure and tamper proof.
Increase Efficiency
Instead of spending time shuffling paperwork, courts using PCSS Imaging design their own documents and forms in Microsoft Word, optionally merging electronic signatures, photographs, and other data into the document. Authorized members of the court staff can quickly locate documents for a case, view them on the screen, add electronic signatures, print documents, or route them to other agencies. With the optional web-interface, court personnel and others can view documents over the Internet.
